About Me

Dave Taylor is the Chairman of Legend of the 75th and the Chief Executive Officer of LDR Leadership, a firm specializing in evidence-based leadership training and performance management. With over 30 years of experience leading high-performing teams across military and corporate environments, Dave brings deep expertise in leadership development and organizational transformation.

A retired Lieutenant Colonel and Army Ranger, Dave served eight combat deployments and concluded his military career commanding over 650 Soldiers in The Old Guard at Arlington National Cemetery. His service has been recognized with numerous honors, including the Legion of Merit and four Bronze Star Medals.

Dave holds a master’s in leadership from Georgetown University and has completed executive education at Dartmouth, Columbia, and other leading institutions. He is also a Certified Personal & Executive Coach.

Outside of his professional work, Dave is an avid mountaineer and a proud father of two.
